Welcome to our website

St Tudy Community Shop

We are a friendly local community shop run by volunteers. We are proud to support St Tudy and the wider Cornish community. In 2016 we won 1st place in the Rural Ownership Awards for our region and in 2020 were awarded the Queen’s Award for Voluntary Service. None of these could have been achieved without the dedication and hard work of the Committee, staff and volunteers. In 2021 our Treasurer, Les Eastlake, and our manager, Karen Roberts, were both awarded the BEM in recognition of their work with the shop. We also encourage customers to donate to the Wadebridge Food Bank – the collection trolley is beside the counter; its contents are sent to the Food Bank weekly.

SUPPORT YOUR LOCAL COMMUNITY SHOP

St Tudy Community Shop

Run by Volunteers

St Tudy is a warm and friendly village and when our local shop closed it was a natural follow on for us to get together to open a community shop! We are always on the look out for volunteers to help keep our community shop going.  A typical shift is only 2.5 hours and help is needed behind the scenes as well as on the shop floor. It is a very rewarding experience and a great way to enjoy being part of a friendly team.

What’s New

We pride ourselves on a great selection of products, if you would like us to stock an item please contact us and we can see what we can do …
